When you installed ScriptHook and ScriptHookDOTNet did you ensure to copy all files over? Someone recently had a similar issue and they never installed the x_input.dll that came with scripthook

In my opinion, you should reinstall GTA 5 Legacy and create a fresh and clean copy. Download the latest version of LSPD First Response 0.4.9 (Build 9476) - GTA 3751(click here) (how to install click h

What exactly do you mean by LSDPFR menu, are you referring to the RPH console when you press F4?

[1/24/2026 4:50:10 PM.072] LSPD First Response: [WARN] Failed to find settings file at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\lspdfr\lspdfr.ini. Only default values are available

It could be that your lspdfr.ini is missing, but it should still work. Make sure you have all files installed from the LSPDFR download.

Could you possibly screenshot your game folder? Just to check there is nothing missing.

Try changing the game to be in Windowed/Windowed Borderless. See if that will allow the console to pop up. If that doesn't work, it could mean RagePluginHook isn't hooking properly.

Add the Main Directory and the RagePluginHook.exe to the exceptions list for your anti-virus/Windows Defender and re-install manual LSPDFR and restart your PC. Then test.
