Game keeps crashing after adding addon vehicles without fail.

Try running the game without RPH, if it still crashes the fault is with the addon vehicles.

It crashed without RPH, so essentially it is a bad pack?

It most likely is, however to make sure, I would suggest renaming your mods folder (something like _mods) and see if the crashes stop, at least then you can rule out any plugins.

In order to fix the addon vehicles, make sure you have packfile limit adjuster, heap adjuster, and an up-to-date gameconfig. If they still don't work after that, it may be an issue with the files themselves
