Hello, Whenever i load into game and get specific police cars or maybe all police cars and drive in them for like 10 seconds they are good but after that they start like going into a really laggy stuttering slowmotion like thing and it recovers after some time and after that happenes again for ever.

When i get it out stops.

I can't say I have heard of this issue before, but from looking at the log 'ResistPlus' is spamming the log hundreds of times a second, so maybe try without that first and see if there is any difference.

If you have car mods I would recommend also trying with the mods folder renamed to _mods and see if there's any difference.

yo so removing resist plus didnt fix the issue and the lag or stuttering starts and stops and sometimes worsens.

i dont want to delete my mods folder and install the whole thing again as its a pain. OH AND WHEN ITS STUTTERING THE FPS REMAINS THE SAME BUT THE WHOLE GAME GOES INTO STUTTERY SLOWMOTION EVEN MY CURSOR TELEPORTS.

Okay, but does it work if you rename your mods folder?

yes it doesnt lag when i am in the car when the mods folder is renamed

So that tells us that one of the mods in the mods folder is causing the problem, possibly a model with misconfigured LODs or too high of a polygon count. You will have to narrow it down

what do you mean by lods or polygon count? maybe weapon sound pack? radiance for els? city lights? siren pack? eup law and order or serve and rescue? euphoria ragdoll overhaul gta5 remastered or lively world enhanced forest of san andreas remastered these are all possible ones i have.

oh and btw this only happenes when i drive car and fps remain same the game stutters tho.

Yes it could be any of them, you will have to try them one by one and figure it out
