if anyone could help me set up my lspdfr from call outs to dispatch graphics cop cars and els ive bene trying for 3 weeks now and i still cant do it properly ive watched so many youtube videos and asking chatbgpt to help me but it still isn't working im willing to pay as i want certain stuff downloaded i hope this message is loud and doesn't get deleted because im in desperate times rn its been 3 weeks

What issue are you having with install?

I would recommend doing one thing at a time to make sure nothing gets messed up. Install RPH and LSPDFR > test > install another mod > test > etc

I have been doing that i found out that i had the old version of scripthookdotnet but now i am still having trouble installing els i managed to get call outs i also managed to installed vehicles but i cant get els to work it keeps saying that the keys are locked

Does toggle keys lock work? It should be Scroll Lock

no i dont know what it is i tried pressing alt someone said that unlocks it ive basically pressed everything on my keyboard idk why its not working

The default key is Scroll Lock, you can change it in the ELS.ini under 'TogKeysLock'
