I've had this problem for an very long time.No matter what,EMS and FD comes without lights and sirens.It really annoys me at this point.When it comes to LEO,they come without lights and siren,and when they arrive and exit vehicle,lights turn on,and it is only on code 2 backup,code 3 comes as normal.I have went and read the xml files of backup,there is no such an option that controls how backup responds.

Did you call the backup with Ultimate Backup? Normally Code 2 backup shows up only with lights no siren(LAPD) and in some other without lights and siren only lights on when at a intersection.

No matter what like I said,if I call it in ultimate backup,or by grammar police,it is same.But I managed to find fix on one of the other forums.Basically I reinstalled ELS.It was probably an corrupt .Asi file.
