Not sure if it is because I have elevated privileges and not normal users, but it doesn't show for me.

Wonder if maybe this is something shown to Cyan that just accidentally got viewable for normal members?

I have viewed several topics (and other pages) since the site has updated, and this one was the only one I remember seeing with such an error. Furthermore, it doesn't appear on that site anymore.
