The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Try adding the Main Directory to the exceptions list for your anti-virus. Then once that is done, re-install the lspdfr folder from the manual download into the Main Directory. Then restart your PC and test again.

Yeah, have GTA 5 folder as exception. Also made manual download
My game is probably polluted by wrong files, so i simply deleted and downloaded the GTA again. Now have a progress - its "taking longer than usual stuff"

Hope i would get myself into gta police some time

Running as admin+temporary disable antivir (thank god for timed disable) and i coukd play the mod, yippee!

It would be so bad to had additional mods tho, so i running LSPDF only lmao
