The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

    If you don't know how to properly edit your XML's its best not to mess with them in the first place.

Then your issue is in the mods folder. Rename it back to mods from _mods.

Make sure you install the Gameconfig, Heap Adjuster, and Packfile Adjuster.

If those do not work, remove what you have installed recently and test after each removal.

If all else fails, restart the mods folder.
