RPH Crash

Spoiler

Hi everyone,

I'm experiencing random crashes in LSPDFR, and I'm hoping someone can help diagnose this. Sometimes I can play for 10-20 minutes without issues, but other times the game crashes shortly after going on duty or during gameplay (e.g., during pursuits, ambient events, or callouts). The error is always EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION (0xc0000005) in GTA5.exe.

System and Game Details:
GTA V Version: 1.0.3586.0 (Steam branch, non-Enhanced edition)

RAGE Plugin Hook Version: v1.122.1379.17094

OS: Windows 10 Home (64-bit, build 10.0.26100.0)

Plugins Loaded:

Cop Holster

DamageTrackingFramework

DynamicWeather

EnhancedVehicleActions2

EUP Menu

Hydroplaning

Immersive Effects

That is not the correct log. Please post the RPH Crash Log. It is a txt file in the Main Directory either called RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log. It is NOT in the Logs folder.

Yeah, it should be this one. This time it didn’t crash my whole game just LSPDFR. It crashed once or twice when I tried going on duty at a station, but when I used ForceDuty it worked fine for about 5–10 minutes. Then it crashed again right after I called a transport unit. They arrived, grabbed the suspect, and as they were putting her in the car, it crashed. I also noticed a “Joining” message with a loading bar at the bottom right just before it happened.

Increase your PluginTimeoutThreshold to 60,000.

Accessing the RPH Settings:

Spoiler

To access your RagePluginHook settings, hold Shift straight after launching RagePluginHook. Alternatively, press the little silver cog icon when you see the RagePluginHook splash screen after launching.

I also saw that for the first actual crash message, Policing Redefined crashed, but Im pretty sure that was just it reacting to the Plugin Timeout Threshold being reached and RPH crashing while PR was loading.

The second crash you received is the pursuit bug with LSPDFR. To fix, go to the download page for LSPDFR and download the LSPDFR Pursuit Test and then install it like you would manual LSPDFR. Then test.

And this one is without mods RagePluginHook.log

Crash due to RadioRealism. You may have to remove it if this crash continues if you already had the mods folder disabled for this log.

Thanks a lot for the help!
Unfortunately, the issue’s still happening even after trying the steps you mentioned. I’ll go ahead and do a clean install now just to make sure everything’s in the right place and paths are set up correctly. Appreciate you taking the time to help out!
