So i can't find out exactly what siren this is, but I know its some form of a Q2B siren. I have found some sirens on here that are similar after doing a bit of research for you tho, and hopefully this puts you in the right direction.

- New York Style Siren's With Q2B
- Federal Signal PA70 (Note there's a lot of these; and they are all somewhat different)
- Federal Signal Unitrol Omega 90
- Federal Signal Touch Master Delta (Quite a few variants of these as well)
