Hey everyone, I've been wanting to mod GTA for sometime now and just got around to actually doing it, but there is only one problem, i have NO idea what to do - or how to even start, the tut's on youtube dont really help me to much, and there is a few errors that are occurring. 

I am willing to pay someone to walk me through step by step on how to get this started and completed.
