The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

It's definitely not my mods folder... I tried that and it loads but it kicks me back to the desktop when I last pulled the rph log, it said something bout a plugin but idk which plugin it is

Keep it to _mods. Run the game. Have it crash. Send the updated log.
