I don't think you got me. I mean, if I don't have a good timecyc also for TBoGT in my case, the ENB will look crappy... That's why I want to send you the files.

Yes there is. Just go to common/data and open up visualsettings.dat and use text editor and go down and look for other immisive lights and change these two values. CAR DEFAULT LIGHT EMISSIVE ON  800  Change the 800 to a lower number and then look for CAR EXTRA LIGHT EMISSIVE ON 800 and do the same there and when your done save the file.

Do you have UAC enabled on windows 7? if so that can prevent you from actually editing the file it's self.
