The crash doesn't happen when I access the RPH console it happens when I load the lspdfr plugin and try to click off of the menu by tapping F4 again. 

The log isnt really showing anything. Can you take a video of this process?

Strange. Try going into Plugins and renaming the LSPDFR folder to _LSPDFR. Then repeat the process and see if it happens still.

It may be some mod/plugin that crashes it when i downloaded DLS it crashed on me but if its not an plugin crashing it. You can try to update ScriptHook, AdvancedHook And Ragepluginhook. I hope that helps you.

After renaming the lspdfr folder in plugins back to normal and removing dinput8 it works... but the game is basically vanilla.

removing dxgi and nve asi, along with an upscaler allows lspdfr to work without crash, im gonna start putting in one file at a time to see whats the problem.

Looks like you found the issue in NVE. Make sure you are using the LSPDFR Compatibility Patch for NVE.

I put all the files back in and turns out it wasnt nve or dxgi at all, it was this upscaler like dlss mod for gta so odd. But I found the fix to my own issue yay it only took 7 hours yesterday and a few hours today LOL.
