The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

That is the wrong log. Please send the RPH Crash Log. It is a txt file in the Main Directory either called RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log. It is NOT in the Logs folder.

     Reinstall CalloutInterfaceAPI cuz u are missing files or u have paste them in wrong place

    Also make sure to use new Arrest Manager updated by Sparky81 for current versions of lspdfr and gta5
