GTA 5 keeps crashing when launching with rage. When i launch GTA 5 without rage it works fine. I have included Rage log. Any help will be greatly appreciated. i really don't want to start over.

Hey there 🙂 

Troubleshooting is very annoying I know it myself, however taking a look at your logs I see you have EUP, LSPDFR and Nightyields.Trafficblock.DLL

I'd like for you to try to launch rage with only LSPDFR loaded or even better do not load any plugin at startup. You can do that by clicking on the cog when you open RagePluginHook.exe

In case that works reply to me by quoting 🙂 in case it doesn't reply to me as well

Ok well I tried loading rage with only LSPD and it worked.

And while in game I reload all plugins and it works well while in game

Well nice to know it's working like that, probably one of the plugins I'm assuming the Nightyields one can't really be loaded at startup. EUP and LSPDFR should work fine at startup.

Ok well now it’s not working, and I don’t know why Nightyields is still on there because I deleted that plugin.

The image below is from someone else but it’s exactly what I get. And even though it says that, GTA 5 is still loading in the back ground but without Rage. I have no plugins installed yet either. 

So I did a complete reinstall of LSPDFR, SCRIPT HOOK V  and I’m still having same issue where GTA 5 crashes when launched with Rage. I did the reinstall on a complete clean vanilla copy of GTA 5 and still having same issue.

I think I figured out what you need to do. Looks like it’s gone back to the way it was where you launch GTA 5 without rage, when the black screen comes up you go back to windows then load Rage in for it to work.

Weird, but glad it worked out for you then. I was having problems with rage as well initially when I clean installed but then just set both rage and gta to launch as admin and it fixed it.

Anyways sorry I couldn't help further, I mean I wasn't really available 😕

lol, well it has been resolved until yesterday I couldn’t even load in GTA 5 without Rage. So I completely uninstalled  gta 5 and open iv and started all over from

scratch. So far right now I have LSPDFR AND RAGE PLUGINHOOK, SCRIPT HOOK V, and EUP and so far it’s loading in. We’ll see what happens when I start loading other plugins. But thank you for your time.
