Have you added mods/plugins besides the essential ones like LSPDFR? If you did rename the mods folder to _mods

And rename the plugins folder to _plugins

Create a new plugins folder and move only lspdfr.dll/pdb into that new folder and the LSPDFR folder inside the plugins folder but empty, no plugins in it.

Let me know if it still crashes

No mods added. Still crash after move lspdfr.dll/pdb to a new folder and put a _ in the OG plugin folder.

So I'm assuming you haven't added cars, weapons, NVE stuff like that via OpenIV. In case you did, rename the mods folder to _mods. Just to test it out (If you haven't done that already).

Other than this I can't think of anything else that might be causing it

Crashed

 

After fixing some problem with windows 11. The game launched I got into the single player, but It crashed it random sometime it 20 min sometime it 5 second.

So I did a fresh install GTA 5 and LSPDFR the game still crash. I launch GTA 5 it fine

 

 

added  _ to the mods and the plugin folder.
