So on your root directory of GTA look for RagePluginHook.log, and attach it here by dragging it here when replying to me or someone else 🙂

Ok from the looks of it, this is a plugin issue.

Let's do this

rename your plugins folder to _plugins, create a new folder named plugins and copy only the essential

LSPDFR.dll/pdb and the LSPDFR folder without anything in it.

There's a plugin trying to call a function and is creating the crash

NOW ITS NOT FINDE THE LSPFR:DLL

You have a typo in your folder name.

You named it pluglins, but is has to be plugins.

Please rename it and try again.
