Police Washington V1

This is just a pretty basic model edit that replaces the police cruiser with an Albany Washington. In my opinion, it is a kick ass car and looks pretty much like a Crown Victoria. The reason that I made this is that I hate the default police cruiser but at the same time, I don't like ELS/high poly models so this more or less a non-els crown victoria with 100k less polys.

Model is templated, but I'm not very good at it so the template is quite blurry and crap and there are a few little bugs visible on the model.
