The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

    Something to keep in mind, if you are using a uniform pack you installed for EUP, ensure that it matches the same EUP version as the one you have installed. Keep in mind that while it says 9.3 on the download page on this site, it is actually 8.3, and any packs made for versions past 8.3 will not work.

    If you have not installed any uniform packs, then those messed up clothes may just be a botched EUP install.

    Install the following:

    EUP Law and Order
    EUP Serve and Rescue (Optional)
    EUP Menu
    EUP Configs

    Then test again.
