The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

This is more than likely due to a botched EUP install of some kind. You might have to either re-install custom clothing you added/make sure it is compatible with your EUP version or re-install EUP L and O.

    my eup say 8.3 on the oiv file uniform says 9.5 and ub says 9.9 how do i get it all cpmpatible or can i not ?
