[HELP]Can I run ENB and GTA IV smoothly

I was wondering if I could run enb and gta iv smoothly.  I have 12 gb of ram, I have 1 i5 and I got a GeForce GTX 660 with 2 gb.  So can I run enb and gta iv smoothly.  Please answer an soon as possible.

What do you mean by "1 i5" If you mean you have a one CPU one i5 processor then that right there is not enough to run GTA. As for your grahpichs card, Not really sure you have good RAM but your processor....You would need at least an i7 4 core processor 3.0GHz. 1 core is just not gonna do it.

my bad dual core i5, right now gta iv runs on its highest settings and does not lag at all
