whenever i try to load the game just get stuck on the loading screen saying loading story mode. i disabled all plugins though RPH still having the same issues i already have heap adjuster and packfile limit adjuster i disabled battleye i dont know im usually pretty good at figuring this stuff out but im stumped

So.. i had a similar problem but in my case the game just went straight to crash.

I went on youtube and saw a video that it can be fixed if you go in the LSPDFR Launcher app, go into the settings and add more "Plugin timeout threshold" in my case i changed to 30000, this will add time to load plugins. If it doesent work let me know and i will try to help ya

I already have my timeout threshold maxed out at 60,000 

have you reinstalled the game from your launcher?

then you add "JUST" LSPDFR and see if it loads

Should be no reason to do a full re-install of the game when verifying exists. But for now, they don't need to do that.
