The crash relates to your lspdfr character. Thats all it says.

What's the best thing I could do to prevent this from happening cause it's only happening with LSPDFR, What is wrong with my charachter?

To be real I think LSPDFR needs an update since I can run the game fine without crashes only LSPDFR crashes after sometime the rest of my works work fine, played the game for three hours without any crashes whenever I don't load LSPDFR

If you are using LArevo and this is happening on the first load, this is normal behavior.
The LArevo community has mentioned running reload all plugins twice with RPH plugin autoload turned off.

So that means there is no solution to fix this, Yes I use 5Real, I have to enter reloadallplugins command twice for lspdfr to work, however sometimes is crashes after playing for a while random.

Can't say, but you can try disabling your mods folder or recreate your character, there might be a file broken, instead of blaming lspdfr for an update ^^

Oh don't get me wrong I ain't putting the blame on anybody, the mods I use don't crash if I don't use LSPDFR.
However If I launch the reloadallplugins and LSPDFR loads in after some play time it crashes and without LSPDFR it doesn't crash so what would be your answer on that?

How could I prevent from my charachter being in a broken state? What did I do wrong? I am confused bro help me out please.

I followed the guide lines and read every instructions that comes with the modpacks to get everything compatible.

I am here to learn too don't get me wrong I am a very meek person, who love to learn!
