First off, I have watched countless tutorials, read many posts, and tried everything I can think of and have seen online. I really didn't want to have to ask the forum, but here I am.

 

With that out of the way, I started with LSPDFR yesterday and it was pretty obvious right away how imperative ELS is. However I haven't gotten it to work. I currently have only the LSPD Legacy Pack (linked below) installed. I believe I have installed the vehicles correctly because they show up ingame, and everything works. ....except the lights. The models look great but I still have to press E (default LSPDFR siren hotkey) to turn on my lights/sirens, and even then, only my tail lights and head lights start flashing. The lightbar lights are always on. And ctrl+p doesn't pop up the little UI box. This most likely means that ELS hasn't loaded, which is the problem. 

 

And yes I have made sure the .xml files perfectly match the car names from pack_default to OpenIV

 

I have tried the following:

• Other vehicle packs (SAHP & Housten PD)
• Uninstalling and reinstalling ELS, LSPDFR, etc.
• Removing other plugins except ELS and vehicle packs
• Turning OpenIV's APIs on and off, and restarting my computer in between

 

I have the following:

• UPDATED RageNativeUI & dinput8
• UPDATED LSPDFR, RPH, etc. (i literally downloaded them yesterday)
• UPDATED ScripthookV from ELS
• +probably other important stuff I just forgot to put here

 

This seems like a very common problem that many people have solved, however none of their answers have worked for me. If anyone can help, that would be great! Thanks, and have a great day/night! 😄

I do have some other mods installed and I tried uninstalling them to make ELS work which didnt do anything so I reinstalled them to paly the mod without custom vehicles and ELS

You are missing AdcancedHook.dll. Download it from the ELS page and extract it to your GTA V directory.
