If you have updated the game today, then it will not work (?). RPH is now outdated and so is ScriptHook. We all have to wait for an update.

    updated it today but reverted back to previous version and that it when this suddenly seems to have gotten worse

    Couple of things:

    1. Move: BetterHitReactions from Plugins to Plugins/LSPDFR.
    2. Remove: Vehicle Push, Epic Events, JM Callouts Remastered, Lore Callouts, PoliceLifeS, Regular Callouts, Road Incident Callouts, SWLCallouts, and Traffic Callouts. They have been known to cause issues.
