Did you ever come to any conclusions on this? Was looking into trying to use ULC in SP as well

yesterday quite literally in the middle of playing my grammar police stopping working. program loads and PTT sounds work and al that. as far as i can tell it is as if the game all of a sudden cant pickup my microphone. i downloaded the grammar police tester and it is working 100% fine with that. i also testing my microphone in windows settings and that is working too. confirmed language and all of that is also correct. unsure of where to go from here and hoping this log shows someone something RagePluginHook.log

After tinkering around I was finally able to get the game to generate some sort of crash log. Any ideas on what is causing this? I have repeatedly reinstalled a fresh ELS and no effect ScriptHookV.log

So immediately after this most recent script hook update I began having issues with ELS. Whenever I would use it in any capacity, my game would crash generating a scripthook crash for ELS ID 3. After that I completely reinstalled ELS, scripthook, advanced hook, and even lspdfr at one point. Now, my game wont even generate a crash log. As soon as I use ELS my game freezes almost immediately and then completely closes out. No crash message or log at all whatsoever. I have been playing lspdfr since the lcpdfr days but this one has me completely stumped on what to do. The only similar problem I've been able to find from scrolling the forums seems to be from around a year ago when sirensettinglimitadjuster was causing crashes when used with els. I have had that installed for months now and never had problems before. Nevertheless I removed it anyway to see if that could be the culprit but even that had no effect. I'll attach any and all logs I can think of below. If you'd like to see more, just ask. Getting a seemingly random but frequent game crash. Resulting from a shv crash from els. Log says ID 3 but I cant seem to figure out what that is. Scrolled around through some forums and only suggestions for fixing it that I have seen is updating/reinstalling advanced hook. I have done that and it appears to make no difference. Long time LSPDFR player and over the years have broken my game and fixed it through editing things. Today I was playing and closed my game voluntarily to edit some vehicle skins I was working on. When i relaunched to resume playing my game now seemingly will not work. Game launches just fine but when going on duty(forcing duty within console) LSPDFR crashes. Over the years I've also learned to simply look at the log myself to determine the cause. Additionally simply just removing/reverting whatever I changed before launching effectively always fixed it. However this time seems different. I did not install any sort of mod or make any changes to game files between launches. Furthermore the log is leaving me at an absolute loss as the crash information appears to be absolute gibberish. It is seemingly to me like something somewhere somehow became corrupted but I have no idea how or where to start. Hoping someone can find something within the log to lead me in some sort of direction. I've spent months tweaking and getting this current install how I want it and functioning properly and I really don't want to start from scratch. Thanks ahead of time. RagePluginHook.log ScriptHookV.log Update I noticed a line item for the Xscanner plugin at the bottom of the log. I figured id remove it on a whim and it appears the game is working again. I haven't made ANY changes to this mod ever let alone recently so very confused as to what happened. continuing to look into the cause

Seems the person who made my addon weapon didn't include any of the names but i was able to use the one you linked as a kind of guide and copied the verbiage and i got it working! Thank you for your help!

would you mind showing me what you put in for the weapon and the components in the ini file?

I have been using stop the ped and the realistic weapons system within it for quite a while now. I understand changing the stoptheped.ini file to modify the weapons you spawn with but does anyone know if it is possible with addon weapons? I recently downloaded an addon weapon and I am trying to modify the ini but cant seem to get it to work. I can link the specific addon rifle if that someone helps! Thanks!

yes! its a hard complete crash of the game! It will seemingly randomly freeze for about 1-2 seconds then the entire game will crash. After that is when the ragehook window pops up with the crash log/message The crashing doesnt seem to be tied to any certain vehicle, action, or area of the map. Sometimes i can play for hours sometimes only a few minutes. The only thing consistent is the kernalbase32 error and the line under it about something about "memcpy"

I am getting a seemingly random kernalbase crash. Wondering if anyone can give me any additional info on what could be causing it from looking at the log. RagePluginHook.log

ever since this last update it seems I am having some sort of issue with the pause menu not loading. Whenever i pause the game i am left with a seemingly infinite loading icon while the game tries to load the menu but never seems to work. I did have an atlas map mod installed before this last update and assumed maybe it no longer worked with this last update. I removed it and that still has not fixed it. Sound familiar to anyone?

My game was working fine before this most recent update released. Once it released obviously my game was now no longer functional. I found a tutorial on r/gtamodding on how to downgrade your game using the steam console. I tried and my game began to fail to launch at all and would seem to take a long time to start before crashing immediately. I took it as a sign that the trick did not work and to simply wait for the new rph and scripthook updates to come out. Once i saw they came out today i installed both and attempted to launch my game. It loaded in successfully one time. My minimap would not load and when i paused the game it got stuck trying to load the map so i force clsoed. The game now seems to still be doing the same crash on launch as it was doing before. I attempted validating game files and have not been able to get it working again. any help is appreciated.
