Hello I was wondering if I can run gta iv smoothly.  I just want to know if I have to upgrade my graphic card or what.

I have 12 gb of ram and I am using an i5 and my graphics card is NVidia GeForce 9500 GT.  My gta still lags a bit.  Does anyone know what I have to update.
