The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hey there! So I have this whole thing. A while ago I started playing LSPDFR again, and after I installed a couple mods it stopped working, it said "Out of game space" Or something along the lines of that. So I followed a tutorial on how to fix it, which stated I should download two things, one called PackfileLimitAdjuster, and HeapAdjuster...

 

So I decided to try it out, and it worked again! Mostly as normal compared to my years of playing LSPDFR.

However, when I downloaded those two mods, Simple Hud got all weird and un-readable, shown in the Image Below. But if I get rid of those two mods, the game just doesn't launch and does that Out of space thing.

 

So if anyone can help me out here, I'd appreciate it! Thanks a lot my fellow people!
