    Found the solution. Something was blocking the audio from coming through. 

    For anyone else that has this issue on Windows 11, install a repair version of windows. This can be done by Settings > System > Recovery > Fix Problems using Windows Update.
     
    This will preserve all apps, files, programs but will sort out any driver issues etc.
     
    Hope this helps others!

    Solved. Need to run the GTAV.Exe first then launch RPH Shortly after the game starts.
