The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Hi,

 

I have a problem with skins : there is no skins for the agencies  : LSSD, SAHP, DOA and SAPR when I want to select it in police station.

With LSPD, I have only one skin. It's not possible to put a police cap, etc..

Is it normal ?

    This is normal for base LSPDFR. It only comes with a few agencies as of the 0.4 update. If you want more agencies, I recommend installing the full EUP Suite.

    EUP - Law and Order
    EUP - Serve and Rescue
    EUP Menu

    Then choose one of the following:
    EUPFR Basic Configurations
    EUPFR Ultimate Edition
    EUP Backup Configurations for Ultimate Backup
