The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I purchased a couple vehicles from ripple. It has all the meta files and vehicle files but he told me I have to make it into an add-on DLC to make it work. How do I do this?

    There are a few ways out there. One of them is Albo's Modding DLC Pack V. There is a tutorial in the description.
