recently purchased a gaming pc with what I think is sufficient ram and video card etc I have a gta 4 purchased from gamestop online store and have windows 8 installed on new pc looking for some help on how to properly install lcpdfr and vehicle mods any help would be greatly appreciated have been watching videos on this game and have been itching to be able to play thank you

LCPDFR is easy to install. Just run the installer from here:

To install script mods, but .net.dll's in the SCRIPTS folder. .asi's in the GTA IV root folder. Installation instructions are usually in readmes.

(most mods have installation instructions on where to put files, some mods require SparkIV/OpenIV to install)
