Hi i recently created a new clan and i have a question about dispatching if anyone knows. What is the point of having a dispatcher if the dispatcher cannot actual create calls since calls show up randomly on our screens and the dispatcher does not know what call shows up on each officers screen during multiplayer. There is no way to actually give your officer a callout unless it is a staged one right ??

yup, that's how it works

Role-play is actually primarily *about* making your own scenarios with what you have ingame.

Also if you want to be realistic instead of having a shootout and leaving roleplay it a bit more and call a supervisor and if you have a detective call one of them. It make Clans better if you put effort into making it realistic.

Do you mean MDC?

You can get free systems which real police use where you can mark down calls and units on a roster. Here is some of one called CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch) : http://www.aleir.com/cad2.html
