What do you mean? EVCS would be something *you* would set up (well, anyone can set up EVCS for a car, but I assume the responsibility falls mainly on the modeler).

That said, ELS would work fine as well. Especially with v7.

That said, ELS would work fine as well. Especially with v7.

Yeah.

EVCS is something that would require(or at least would be nice)the modeler to set almost like an .ini file with the proper coordinates for where the lights would be.

It would be as if all the parts added onto the car were fake and instead of copying them and remapping them to make them ELS(like we do now) you would have to properly coordinate the coronas to flash at the spots. Not sure if this is done through trial and error of going in and out of game over and over again or through another software but I personally feel that it would be a pain in the ass to try and coordinate em all. 

My lazy self will be sticking with ELS :P
