My game crashes when i switch caracter or after 5 minutes of gameplay

when i try to change charachter it just crashes or after around 5 minutes of gameplay it crashes, ive already tried to reinstall the game, disable the mods, install visual c++ , run as an administrator, remove some mods so the game whould run smoothly, lower my graphic settings, install heapadjuster, scripthookv and dinput 8, installing scripthookvdotnet, change gameconfig.xml, installing lemon ui and putting packfilelimitadjuster.
im losing my mind and i really dont know what to do now. someone please help!
