Hi I am new to LCPDFR and so far really enjoy it... Hi do have however some questions that I hope could be answered...

 

• When I use ELS and it is on and working when I break the window to shoot out of it at say a fleeing suspect, It simply just seems to fix it everytime... 
• When I press Y to respond to an incident it will turn on my cars Four Way blinkers, Can I change this?
• Lastly for the Police Helper, before I Install the new version do I need to uninstall my current version?

Part of ELS. It basically reloads the whole car, fixing it. Nothing you can do except use non-ELS cars or wait for ELS alternatives, which are currently being made.

You can change the Key binding for ELS in ELS.ini, find the one for the four-ways and change it to a key that isn't being used.

You should just be able to overwrite the old one.

Where Is ELS.ini and how can I change it?

ELS.ini is in your GTA IV directory. You open it with notepad then find the key bindings sections. In that section there's a spot for the four-ways. If you scroll down, it gives you the number reference for each key. Find the key you want to use for the four-ways and get it's number, then replace the current number in the key bindings section with the new one. I would show you specific lines in the file, but I don't have GTA IV on this computer.
