The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

For some reason when I install this mod it is fine in open IV and garage but when spawn it or take from garage the engine and grille are missing from it. Seems to happen to all Toyota Hilux I have tried to use instead. Tried it in different LSPDFR installs as well, reinstalled Open IV as well. Pulisya PNP Toyota Hilux - GTA5-Mods.com

 

Update fixed it as realised it was the policet slot causing the problem, moved to policet3 and no issue.
