I had done that, manually adding in the SDK into the folder seemed to fix it. Though the F10 menu didn't work. maybe just wait for the update. -

Philippine National Police S_F_Y_Cop Aren't so many female cop ones out there, found this one for my Indonesia Build and decided to have a go editing for Philippines as didn't have female versions. Still some editing to do but thought upload it for now and update when fixed it. Japanese Police Bike Texture Just a basic Japanese Police Bike texture as none out there, couldn't find actual bike model as limited police bikes available. Love the Police station, I'd just updated to the new version is so much more there now! This will be one of my fave stations now, until now was only the mission row ones that had stuff to do inside. One thing imagine remaining from the market is a security ped that spawns outside by the bike. -

Made sure everything was updated before playing it, been playing it on legacy regularly so everything always up to date. Be nice if was an error but isn't or log as it hasn't hooked it. Wiping it and starting over as even new scripthook released yesterday did nothing.

It wasn't hooking which was why tried running it as admin

I installed it on a new install, have added latest scripthook V, RagenativeUI, added it to exclusions in antivirus, run it as admin. Tried running game then running it but that doesn't work unlike legacy. When get in game is no console and no log created or error messages, whole folder permissions have been added also, police stations not showing on map and LSPDFR is set to load at startup.
