When I play, the games closes after 1-2 mins. I see that stop the ped reports me about some conflict with any mods.. I've delete the PoliceSmartRadio. Simple callouts and also TrafficPolicier wasn't even installed.

You don't need to delete PoliceSmartRadio, Simple Callouts, or TrafficPolicier; these mods aren't causing your issue. The error message indicates a conflict with your mods. I recommend renaming your mods folder to _mods to prevent all mods from loading. If the game no longer crashes after doing this, it means something in your mods folder is corrupt or causing the conflict. You can then reintroduce your mods one by one to identify which one is the culprit.

Some time before, I already has named mods folder as _mods.

What is outcome? Game don't even read the mods. Yeah, the game is not crushes. But mods also doesn't load.

Of course the game wont load "mods" because it's now named "_mods" this is how everyone finds out if mods or the game itself that's causing the issue.

If renaming your "mods" folder to "_mods" stops the game from crashing, it indicates there's likely an issue within the contents of your "mods" folder. Something recently added may be causing the crash. To troubleshoot, try renaming "_mods" back to "mods." If the game crashes again, you'll know the issue is indeed within the "mods" folder.
