Everytime I try to open the game, I click the RPH and the little circle next to the cursor spins for a second like it is looking, then nothing happens.  I have tried right clicking and opening as administrator too without success.  I have attached the log if you can help.  Thank you.

custom has a bug its need deleted and re install just lspdfr it should fix the bug 

if it doesn't load correctly then delete the data on lspdfr

According to the log, it says you loaded into the game fully. However, according to the description of your issue, try launching normal GTA V first. Then once in story mode fully, tab out and launch RPH.

So, I tried to clear the "custom" folder without success.  I also, tried to go via GTA V game itself.  Now the actual game will launch without issue, but if I try to use RPH again, I am running into the same issue.  I have redownloaded LSPDFR as well and it just doesn't want to go to the start screen.  I click on RPH and nothing happens.
