The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I don't know why when I try to load LSPDFR it doesn't do it, it just stays like that. The funny thing is that the game doesn't freeze, it just doesn't load LSPDFR.

    Couple of things:

     

    1. Update your GTA V. You can do this by deleting your GTA5.exe and verify your game files.

    Verifying Game Files:

    Spoiler

    GTA V Steam

    Steam Library > Right click GTA V > Properties > Installed Files > Verify integrity of game files

    GTA V Retail

    Rockstar Games Launcher > Click GTA V > Click Settings > Verify

    GTA V Epic Games

    Go to your Epic Games Library > GTA V > click the three little dots > Manage > Verify

     

    Then once that is done, download the manual version of LSPDFR and drag and drop the files into the Main Directory.

    Lastly, in regards to your issue, I recommend removing PoliceAI for the time being. It has been known to cause issues.
