Are the flags defined in the file, "RespondsAsTransport" and "RespondsAsBackup", for the basic functionality of lspdfr?

Are the above flags irrelevant when using Ultimate Backup or Stop the Ped to call for help or transport prisoners?

all uniforms are taken out of the agency.xml file i believe, no matter what plugin you use

They are relevant whether using the base lspdfr agency.xml or one of the Ultimate Backup/StopThePed xmls.
