Game wont start after editing game directory OIV

Hey there,

I have several plugins added with little issues. I have:
Callout Interface            K.T.F.D.O                                Typical Callouts

686 Callouts                  Narcos Callouts                      Ultimate Backup
Compulite                      Player Location Display
Clear the way V             Radio Realism

Dynamic Callouts          Stop the Ped

Grammar Police             Super Callouts

and with all these loaded the game runs not a bother.

I used Open IV to install Visual V and the game would not go past the loading plugins main screen, then the screen would go dark, no sound and the only way out was Ctrl + Alt & Del.

I deleted the mods folder using OIV and the game would load but would crash upon Force Duty or Go on Duty at station, so I did a fresh install.

2nd install done, all the above plugins loaded and I'm back on patrol. I wanted to try the ELS Plugin, game loaded no problem with it but as soon as I went to open IV and created the mods folder and added an ELS vehicle following the install instructions to a T. The exact same thing started happening. So I deleted the mods folder in OIV and the game runs perfect again.

So I have ELS but no vehicles compatible with it 🙄
