Addon car pack suddenly isn't recognised as police anymore?

Hey guys, at first I thought DLS and ultimate backup were acting up after the update, but then I found out turns out it's a particular car pack that's got issues.

 

It was functioning fine previously and I didn't touch any of the vehicles.meta but after the update, the cars are no longer recognised as police vehicles, so even when I enter them, I cannot turn on the emergency lights.

 

I checked the vehicles.meta file and the emergency tag is still there, but I have no idea what is wrong with it.

 

Has anyone dealt with something similar before?
