Hello Lawry, this response is extremely delayed, but I hope to assist you. LSPDFR has a RagePlugin console you can access by pressing default F4. After pressing F4, In the menu, type "StartCallout" and then hit space. You will see a list of all available callouts from lspdfr and manually installed plugins. The first option you see should be "ArrestWarrant" which you can select. It will spawn a call. Follow the commands and have fun!

Also, I find it fun when I do this to locate a clear spot, on the way, to pull over so I can spawn back up to follow me to the suspect's house. The way I do that is by using the "Ultimate BackUp" mod. I spawn 3-4 partners (make sure you set the option for them to have their own vehicle), and when I get in my patrol car you can signal your partners to get in theirs and they will follow you to the house.
