Hello Guys, I am trying to make a police vest with the default gta iv template but I have some problems which you can see in the pictures below.  I want to remove that thing that just kills the fact that it looks like a vest!

 

If you guys have any solution please please let me know.

Are you referring to the "Shoulder Epaulette"?   Here is a template with all of the parts identified. Hope it helps!

It's actually spelled "epaulette", not "epilette".

You know, you can just use Custo's "New Cops" mod, which includes a real vest upper. You can even easily modify it to have *only* that upper.

Darn brother, busted!  I hadn't even noticed my ridiculous lack of spelling ability   Not once, but twice.   I appreciate your observation and you keeping me honest.  

 

*I went back and fixed my embarrassing spelling!
