I been looking thur the forums, and i notice some people ask about vehicle speed on the highways and roads but i wonder, Is it possible to Edit the path speed? and if so can anyone tell me what Program i can use? it would be my first mod edit so it would be something i would just play around with :)!! thanks for anyone that can help me out!
