If your game still gonna crash try remove also: Crazy Callouts, Maniac Callouts

    Hard to say which one .xml cuz it's not mentioned, but if this is place where you were changing smh then I suggest start search at this place

     Plugins installed at gta5/plugins/lspdfr when crash they also make lspdfr crash cuz they works through it,

    plugins that are installed at gta5/plugins when crash they mostly crash only themself and you can reload it to make it work again cuz they work as another thing.
