Hi,

 

I am paying a 3D designer to recreate the typical police car models for me. The reason is, I want full rights to them.

 

Can anyone tell me, or point me to the right direction, about the steps needed to create the ytd, ytf and els files that are needed to use the textures? What would be the work flow to go from having the blender files to actually create a full package? Is there any good tutorial available about this topic?
